How to Integrate monday.com with QuickBooks Desktop

Sign Up & Log In to DBSync

Go to mydbsync.com and click Start Free to create your account. Select Cloud Workflow as your product, activate your account, and log in to the DBSync console.

Add the monday.com–QuickBooks Desktop Template

From the Home screen, click Add Template and browse the Template Library. Select the pre-built monday.com to QuickBooks Desktop integration template and import it into your workspace.

Connect Your monday.com Account

Open the imported project and navigate to the connector settings. Enter your monday.com API Token on the connector page and click Connect to authorize DBSync access.

Connect Your QuickBooks Desktop Account

On the same connector settings page, configure the QuickBooks Desktop connector. Download the QuickBooks Web Connector file from DBSync and configure it with your QuickBooks Desktop company file path.
