QuickBooks ReceivePayments To Salesforce Payment Process or profile is used to sync data from QuickBooks to Salesforce and vice-versa. Salesforce invoices that are generated from opportunities are referred for received payments in QuickBooks. The Mappings in this sync are:

  • QuickBooks ReceivePayments to Salesforce Custom Payment Object
  • Salesforce Custom Payment Object to QuickBooks Receive Payments

To use this profile, Salesforce App has to be installed on the client instance of Salesforce. Invoices that are generated from Salesforce Opportunities are referred for the ReceivePayments in QuickBooks.

If the your QuickBooks uses Jobs then the Payment get attached to your salesforce.com Opportunities, Invoices and Accounts automatically, else the ReceivePayments get attached to Accounts and Invoices in salesforce.com.

You can also construct custom mappings for this profile. DBSync fully supports creation of custom mappings as per your business model and Business Process.
