SF/QB Sync Issues
I am experiencing issues when syncing SF to QB, can you help? (1) In SF under DBSync section, when the option is changed to None - the jobs are not being created in Quickbooks. The jobs are only created when this is changed to Invoice and the product is added. We need an option to create jobs before invoices are created. (2) The item is missing when the invoice is brought in through SF, however the product has been added on the project opportunity (3) I experienced the sync error last night when attempting to create this project opportunity for additional license jobs where line items were not added. Thanks for the help! Sara Jones Director of Finance & Administration sjones@engrain.com

1) The jobs are not being created in Quickbooks - Regarding Job Sync we need to make changes in the standard template mapping and one of our Business Analyst will get back to you with details.

2)The item is missing when the invoice is brought in through SF - This is because QB ID is missing for those products in salesforce due to which those invoice are not having lineitems. Need to make sure QB Id's are present for all the lineitems products.

3)I experienced the sync error when attempting to create this project opportunity for additional license jobs:

We are getting error saying that particular customer associated with that opportunity is missing in Quickbooks.
Error-There is an invalid reference to QuickBooks Customer "Test Customer-19-009652" in the Invoice. QuickBooks error message: Invalid argument. The specified record does not exist in the list.

Once that customer is synced the issue will be resolved.
