Problem with User Access to Clone invoices
Avankia Support - We have a new user in Salesforce and Quickbooks that needs to be able to clone invoices/sync to Quickbooks Online. She is getting an error message saying the URL is incorrect when she attempts to clone the invoice and sync to QuickBooks online. Hi Kimberly,

Since you have created a new user in Salesforce, if you want the new user to make use of the button, DBSync fields have to be configured in the user page layout.

In order to configure, make use of the values present in the DBSync section of existing user page layout and fill in the same values to the new user.
