Hi there, I noticed that we have a new customer sync, they are syncing all the opportunities that have ever been placed in our Quickbooks for that customer (10 years worth). Is there a way to cap the Sales Order synced to 2018 and 2019 only? Thank you, Nadia
The sync from QuickBooks to Salesforce is based on the last modified date, if any Sales order/Customer is edited in QuickBooks, then the record will be synced to Salesforce.
The sync can be filtered by adding a condition in the DBSync query or in the validate row of the mappings.
