Rajeev Gupta, CEO

Before coming to dbsync, Rajeev Gupta was founder and Chief Technology Officer of Avankia LLC, which he led to rank among the "Inc. 500" Fastest Growing Private Companies in 2008. As CEO of dbsync, Rajeev has led the strategic emphasis on the integration space, while also ensuring alignment between customer needs and product development. Previously, Rajeev worked in product development since 1994, offering his expertise to corporations such as GE, McGraw-Hill, Fujitsu, and HCA. He has extensive experience with application architecture, product and software design, and on-demand computing in the areas of business-to-business, education, and health care. With his background in Client Relationship Management (CRM) technology adoption, Rajeev developed a solid expertise in building on-demand integration solutions and CRM data mining applications with companies such as Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Salesforce. Rajeev earned his Master's and Bachelors degrees in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Owen School of Management, Vanderbilt University. 

Praveen Ramachandra, Director of Engineering

Praveen Ramachandra was appointed Director of Engineering in 2007 to oversee the Avankia India Operations. Prior to dbsync, Praveen spent 9 years as an Information Technology professional specializing in Education, B2B, B2C, Wireless Applications and CRM. With a Bachelors in Computer Science and Masters in Computer Application, Praveen has technical expertise in managing and developing on-demand applications and SaaS, as well as handling and managing the deliverables of global clients in Europe, Australia, USA, Dubai and UK. He is a Certified salesforce.com consultant and currently acts as Director of The India Development Center.

Salaad Nur, Director of Accounting

Salaad Nur was named Director of Accounting in 2008, bringing a wide expertise of accounting management and financial analysis with a strong emphasis on technology integration. Before coming to dbsync, Salaad worked as a Deputy Director for the Center for Refugees & Immigrants, where he oversaw the grant-writing and financial operations of the organization. Salaad received an MBA and was awarded Summa Cum Laude from Middle Tennessee State in 2009.
